Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

i have been living with a man for 8 yrs now and he has been accused of molesting my 4 yr old grandson we share a trailor and land that we are buying on land contract so it is still owned but the original owner i asked him to leave here as my daughter and her 3 small children who have lived with us have no where to go we are in kitts hill ohio we have talked to the owner and he says he can evict him out of here is this true and what should i do in the situation we have no money and no where else to go im scared please help
