Dear Inquirer: Your failure to fully disclose your financial picture and marital assets may result in the lender's refusal to consider any loan modification on the basis of income, etc.
It's time to retain experienced counsel to evaluate your situation and prepare to meet any foreclosure head-on with all of the defenses available, including mediation.
Consult and retain counsel ASAP. Good luck. Sincerely, J. Norman Stark, Cleveland, Ohio..
