Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

What does this mean for me?

I am married and we purchased a home and the first deed said Survivorship after a few years, he wanted it changed and went to a lawyer and came home with several papers for me to sign without telling me what will happen to me. The second deed I signed was a General Warranty Deed. I must also say that when we first got married, he made a Will that left 1/3 of everything to his two children and myself. When he changed the deed, he also changed his Will and left me out. I just want to know if I will loose my home that I worked so hard on. Or, could his children make me sell the home so they get their half?

If your husband predeceases you he can not write you out of the will. You are entitled to take against the will and you would get a house, a car, and one third of everything else. Sounds to me like you ought to question your husbands motives.
