Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio
When there is a medicaid lein on property and a very small second mortgage still on it how can child of deceased get the property?

The children will receive the property subject to the mortgage and the medicaid lien. If they do not have other sources to pay off the lien and mortgage they may have to sell the property to satisfy the obligations.
