Dear Inquirer: Under the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct, diligently enforced by the Disciplinary Counsel of the Supreme Court of Ohio, your former Attorney must turn over all documents, records and object in your entire file, without charge or obligation, and without hesitation or undue delay!
Good luck!
Sincerely,
