Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

I PAY MY RENT WEEKLY SO CAN THE LANDLORD HAVE A 6 MONTH LEASE. I ALSO GAVE HIM A WEEK NOTICE BEFORE I MOVED OUT AND HES TAKING THE LAST WEEK OF JULY RENT OUT OF MY DEPOSITE CAUSE I END MY LEASE ONE WEEK BEFORE THE LEASE IS UP.
