Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

I have a piece of land that .is empty .but i hasve found that thetre are people living on it .they have moved a traileron land .question how do i leave a notice to leave. if i dont have a name to put on the notice to get started with eviction .i also live 120 miles away . thanks

You must assert your right of ownership by sending a notice, via Certified Mail, to the resident of that property, or have a process server serve them with a notice of trespass. If you permit them to remain for more than a certsain period of time ,they cancclaim title to your property by the laws of adverse possession. Contact an experienced Attorney to protect your rights and interests.
