I have a Playstation 3 that was bought for me as a gift over a year ago. Can the person that bought it take back from me?

In Ohio, if the item was a gift, then it becomes yours upon the transfer to you if that is what the person intended when he or she gave it to you. But if the other person claims it was just a loan and that you had borrowed the item, then a court might find that you have to give it back.
