Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio
Property co-owned
I am owner of a property. 3 of the 4 owners (my siblings) wish to sell the property in a private sale. The property is debt free except for maintenance and taxes. The remaining sibling does not want to sell and has no money to purchase the home outright. We have offered to buy his share out, but his buyout price is grossly over the actual value 25% of the property. What can be done?

I think you will need to bring a partition proceeding. You can speak to a real estate attorney in the county where the property is located.
