Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

property line

What is considered a shared driveway. I own all but a foot and a half of the drive. There are no garages on either side. I want to put a fence on my t drive up to the property line, without trouble.

There is not enough information to answer this question. Is there a contract between the owners? Is there an easement or cross easements in the deed or deeds? How long has the neighbor been using the drive? Did one person own both properties when the drive was put in? Does the neighbor have other access?
