property sales
I have an under age child who owns property. the child wants to sell. Can i as the parent legaly sell this property? The deed is in the childs name and i have full coustody. If so how?

The safest way is to have the minor execute a power of attorney to have you sell the property on his behalf. You cannot sign for the minor without this document.
