Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Purchase Agreement for Home

Because of all the items needed such as income verification and bank account information, one person advised not good enough,

then another trying to help close deal said all was ok, I decided that I don't want to purchase because of all the red tape. What rights as

buyer do I have to change my mind

Re: Purchase Agreement for Home

Dear Prospective home Purchaser,

You may have signed an Offer to Purchase. If so, it shoukld have contained a cancellation provision. If not, consider that you may have the right to cancel, according to Federal Regulation Z, within 3 days thereafter.

When in doubt or not, Consult an experienced Attorney ASAP!!!

Good luck.
