Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

I was going to purchase a home. I made a bid and it was accepted, I have 1,000 down up front. My loan was approved and ready for closing.I did not signed final\ndocuments.I changed my mine, Idon\'t want the house.\nMy question is can they sue me for any amount ?
