Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio
Quitclaim deed
My ex Fiancee and I own a house together. She agrees to give me title to the house but I dont know how much to put for the sale of the property. Do I put half of what the house is worth?, Half of what I bought it for? or just put 1 dollar.

Re: Quitclaim deed
Dear Inquirer:
Your Ex-fiance should execute a Quit Claim Deed to you, reciting: "For love and affection, constituting good and valuable consideration received, Grantor hereby grants...", etc.
If you have any additional questions, retain experienced legal counsel ASAP. Good luck to both of you.
Sincerely,
J. Norman Stark
