Re: real estate
Dear Readers:
A forced sale of the real property may be had by filing a Complaint for Partition, whereby the Court determines the necessity of such division of property rights and interests. Any such sale would also require a timely appraisal of current market value, etc., to present to the court.
Please contact an experienced real estate Attorney.
Good luck.
Sincerely, J. Norman Stark, Cleveland, Ohio.
