Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Real Estate contract issue/possible fraud

July 14 I submitted a contract as a buyer. I'm also an agent but don't really sell much. I was buying this home for myself as a first home. This was a foreclosure. Bank got me to agree to the counter verbally because the agent told me that is the only way they work. I did. Next day they called saying we were now in multiples. I argued this and they got the bank to agree to my contract and have it pending in MLS. Next day got another crazy call from List agent screaming at me about paperwork. I then get an email from them saying house is now at an auction if I want to buy I have to go online to purchase. I need some legal help here because I feel there is fraud going on and I feel I had a contract and so did they or they wouldn't of put in MLS as pending.

Not all details included due to length.

Re: Real Estate contract issue/possible fraud

What are the terms of your contract regarding counteroffers? If they agreed to your original contract, they are bound by its terms. More facts would be helpful.
