my husband and I are divorced and my name is still on the home and now he is remarried. Can I get my name off the home?

Dear Divorced: Your divorce decree should have provided for this aspect of ownership. See your divorce Attorney and urge that it be done now. If necessary, your Attorney can ask the Court to clarify the decree, and with that Judgment Entry in hand, the County Recorder will remove your name from the the ownership record title.
