my question is my husband is offered ajob out of state with the same company he works for now but one problem we entered into a contract to buy this mobile home were living in with a man. what can he do to us or what are our options?he can always re-sell it rigth?

Yes, he can resell. If he suffers a loss because of your failure to buy, he can seek compensation from you.
