Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio
Real Estate Question
My In Laws bought a Condo with their neighbor. They reside in the state of Ohio. Their neighbor is on the deed, but not the Mortage. She hasn't made a payment in over a year and they are wanting to evict her. How can they legally evict her because she is a partial owner? They have a verbal agreement with her to pay half of the mortage each month in order to reside at the home. What other options do they have if they can't evict her? Can she be sued for fraud?

Re: Real Estate Question
There best course is to file a partition to force a sale of the property. You cannot evict an owner.
