my uncle was is 73 and was ruled incompatant on 5-16-01 his friend that was staying with him had him sign power of attorney to him on 5-14-01 and sold his trailor and property two day before his hearing for 5000 My father was named his legal gaudian by the court can he have the sale of the property reversed or what should he do because my uncle friend took most of the money and spent it whith no reicpts and now he has disapared what should we do

The easy answer is to call the cops. The more difficult answer is to talk to the notary on the Power of Attorney and ask what the capacity of your father was. There MAY be a cause of action against the notary. Consult an attorney.
