removal of person from your home

I have a step brother whom is living in the same house as myself. I inherated the house when my mother passed away and my step father had a lifetime estate...he recently passed away and I would like to move on by my step brother refuses to move out? I cant get on with my life if he doesnt move but I dont know how to get him to..he does not contribute to paying the bills or the inner or outer upkeep of the house either. Help please.
