Without knowing more details, the usual way is for both "owners" to transfer the property by deed to a trusted third party, called a "dummy", who then immediately transfers it back to just the one person who is to remain on the deed. You should contact a local attorney who handles real estate matters to make sure that problems like taxes and mortgages are taken care of. The other way would be to sign a quit claim deed of your interest to your daughter. But again, consult with an attorney to make sure everything is done properly.
