Having my name removed from the loan and deed
I recently bought a home with my ex-fiance. He still lives in the home, but my name is still on the loan and deed. He cannot re-finance the home based on his credit. I do not want to force him to sell the home, but still want my name off. Is there any way of doing this?

The only way to get your name off the deed and mortgage is to file a partition action.
