Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio
Rental
I own home that I rent out to my mother and one of my sisters. A year or so ago, another sister and her two teen age kids and their two dogs came to live w/ her.
My mother is in her late 60's and gets little help from the sister and the teens. She works yet I don't think she helps w/ the rent or the up keep( which is in the rental agreement for my mother). One of the teens has been in constant trouble w/ law. This entire ordeal has been troublesome for my mother and my wife and I. We are all treated badly when we visit.
But I am more worried about my mom's health. Can I ask the sister w/ the teens to move out if they don't start to help her? THey are not on the lease. Can I have them get rid of the dogs, there is no stipulation re: pets in the lease. What options do I have?

Re: Rental
You need to review your lease to see if you in any way restriced occupancy to the tenamts or to a mamimum number of persons. If you did not, it is up to your tenants named in the lease to remove those not on the lease
