Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

renters rights

We just received a notice from the local sheriffs office that the house we rent is in forclosure. We have lived here 2 years and have always paid our rent on time. What does this mean for us?

You can be evicted by the new ownerafter the foreclosure sale is finalized. If you want to stay, chec with the sheriff for the buyer's name and make a new rental agreement.
