Right-of-way
I'm having to run a gas line across an
adjointing property. What I need is a legal
paper saying the property owner it will be
crossing has given his Ok. I can't afford
getting a lawyer to draw this up.

you are looking for an easement and it is my suggestion that you not do it without an attorney. There is too much room for error and you do not want to risk a trespass against you.
