Rights to Gas Well in Real Estate Sale

I am selling a residence that recieves gas from a well on a neighboring property. The gas runs through the neighboring home to my home that I am selling. The neighboring owner agrees to let the new owner use this well. Do I need a specific form drawn up to accomplish this?

One might want to prepare an easement. In order to do so you would want to contact an attorney.
