YES, AS LONG AS THE SELLER CAN GIVE A CLEAR TITLE BECAUSE WHO WOULD WANT TO WIN A HOUSE WITH LIENS. FURTHER IT MAY BE A VIOLATION TO SELL A HOUSE THAT DOES NOT HAVE A CLEAR TITLE.
