Security Deposit vs. Rental deposit

I am typing up a year lease, should I refer to the deposit as a security deposit or rental deposit.

What is the difference?

For all practical purposes there is no difference. However, if the deposit is for more than one months rent you have to give interest on the amount over one months rent.
