security deposits
If a lease asks for a sixty day notice of a tenant leaving the rental unit and the tenant does not provide sufficient notice is the tenant eligable to get their security deposit back or is the landlord entitled to keep the deposit because sufficient notice was not recieved.

The Court will probably hold that you are required to give back part of the security deposit. The landlord needs to show the damages he sustained as a result of the tenant leaving such as ads to rerent the place and cleaning expenses. Further, one must look to the specific lease. When does it expire or is it month to month.
