Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

selling real estate

I have a house for sale by owner, I have someone that wants to buy it. Her son has seen it, and says she wants to buy it , she is out of state. Would a signed f a x , be a legal and binding transaction for real estate ? How would you suggest the money be changed hands ??

You need a real estate contract prepared. It is not that expensive, especially as your real estate is probably your most valuable asset. The contract would cover all your issues.
