Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio
sewage coming out of all faucets!
if sewage backs up out of the faucets in my bathroom and the neibors' bathrooms, does the landlord have to have it cleaned? not just the carpet, but the shower that has sewage in it too? does the tenant have the right to ask for money off the rent? does the landlord have to provide an adaquate temporary living unit for the tenants? does the tenant have the right to ask the landlord to pay for a hotel room if none are provided by the landlord?

The landlord should help you clean up, but that is why you should have renters insurance.
