Simplistic eviction process

Can you please inform me as to where I can find information regarding tenant eviction process. I need to get this information, because I have never had this experience before. I need something in laymen's terms, or as simplistic as possible. Can you please help me?

Re: Simplistic eviction process

Serve a three day notice to vacate on the tenant by certified or regular mail or personal service. After three days file a Complaint for Forcible Entry and Detainer. Count I requests the eviction and Count II requests damages for unpaid rent and damage to the premises. Attached three day notice to Complaint as exhibit.
