in the state of Ohio if a seller is selling their house as is, do, they have to disclose that there’s an abandoned old oil tank under the house in a crawlspace

I'm not an Ohio lawyer, nevertheless the general rule is that a homeowner has a obligation to disclose hazards to a purchaser which are not readily visible. On the other hand, it seems to me if anyone takes a flashlight and looks around the crawlspace, the oil tank is in plain sight. It's a good question and I don't think you should rely on internet advice for an answer; there's too much at risk.
