Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Sumeoned by the Court for Forclousure

I was summoned by the court for intent to forclosure on my home. However I was able to work out the loan modification and the forclosure process is on hold through the attoney. The paperwork stated that I had 28 days to respond to the summoned! Do i still need to respond even though the status is in a hold status?

Until the court is notified, the foreclosure moves forward. Get the delay in writing from the lender's attorney.
