Suviorship Deed

Mom had deed transfed into 3 sons name and has now passed away. Can this now be sold and what if 1 of the brothers refuse?

Not only do all sons need to agree, but all spouses of sons have to agree also. Each has a legal dower interest.

If agreement cannot be reached on selling, someone will have to bring a partition action to force division. If property cannot be divided, it will be ordered sold.
