Tenants
Do I have to lease a apartment to college kids if they have little or no credit and their parents are not willing to co-sign or their parents have little or no credit??

If your decision is based solely on credit, and your standards are the same for all applicants, you can absolutely select your tenants. You also can pick and choose so long as discriminating based on a protected class (age, race, etc.)
