Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Termination of lease after only 1 day.

A friend and I went in on an apartment. I was unable to move in right away because of my age. She signed the lease figuring that she would have it in her name untill my part of the lease was finalized. After counseling I realized that making this decision was not the best idea and contacted her right away. She called and cancelled the lease exactly 24 hours after she had signed. Is there a law that would give us time to cancel and entitle us to our security deposit and pro-rate monthly payment being refunded?

There is no 3 day cooling off period for entering into leases.
