Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

I turned in a 60 day notice to vacate. I asked my property manager if I could vacate immediately/buyout out the lease. She said I have to pay two months rent. So I asked if I could get on a payment plan which she agreed to, she also asked for the keys asap.

Should I be getting a discount on the rent seeing as I will be turning over possession early?

Yes, definitely. If she is going to hold you to the two months' rent, then she doesn't get the keys back until the last minute. Offer one month, take it or leave it. And make sure you make up something in writing.
