Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio
my wife and i live in one half of duplex, my mother lives in the other half.
My mother took out the mortgage in her name.because i could not qualify to be a co-borrower.
I was wondering about some type of deed or title if something happened to my mother, so we would not have to move out.

You might want to consider a transfer on death deed or a joint with right of survivorship deed.
