My step-day, who lives in my mom's house (left in life estate-to be mine and my sisters after his death)met a woman she had new windows installed before there marriage, now after 3 years has left him and in the divorce is now trying to get her money for the windows. Dad did not want them, nor did she even ask me or my sister, after the prelim hearing, this is the issue that is sending the divorce to court, this is not even a marital asset, what do you think her chances are in getting money out of us?

They may be a marital asset, and in any event, your real estate has been enriched by their addition, so she would be entitled to some compensation for them.
