Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Ohio
if an 18 year old boy gets a 16-17 year old girl pregnant, but both families are okay with it, is it still illegal could anything be charged?

This not sexual harassment. It is a criminal matter. With the close differences in your ages there is no crime if the girl consented.
