Disability for my wife
My wife can't work due to a clotting disorder and the ongoing treatment for her condition will eventually cause more health problems.

I do not see a question here.
However, assuming your wife is covered by SS insurance and her condition truly prevents work, she should qualify.
She can apply online (ss.gov), or by calling the SS 800#. Why not apply and find out?
