Legal Question in Social Security Law in Ohio
I am naturalized USA resident; I have worked in US for 15 years. I have reached my 40 credits, which I need for SSI. I would like to move back to my country. I will stop working just before I am 50. If I will not work after that, can I claim my SSI at 62?
