I am 17 and married. Me and my spouse are divorcing soon. Now we havent lived together for 8 months. How and what would I file on my taxes, and would he have to sign?

You may file your own individual taxes. Ex-spouse also can file his/her own taxes. You cannot both claim the same exemptions, however, so be careful. Get a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) to help you.
