back taxes
i used jk harris for offer in compromise but now they are in a lawsuit against them. can i use another service and be covered for what i paid to jk harris

You should retain other counsel. I believe you will be better represented by a private attorney than a national service where you speak to a salesperson and never talk to the person actually handling your case.
