federal taxes
after being a drunk for the last four years,sober now 8 months, I have neglected to pay my fed taxes. I owe about 1200 over those four years, not including fines. what are my options in filing back taxes and paying them with out stiff penalties and/or jail?

Your bigger isssue might be that you did not file tax returns for four years. Failure to file can be a crime itself. The IRS has procedures to administratively address this (no crime) if you have someone contact them and work this out, before they contact you.
