My son made a prank phone call and the person he made it to is pressing charges he only made 1 call and it was a non-threatning sexual comment. How can they press charges for harssment?

There may be an OH law that applies. You should consult with an OH attorney, if you know that you will be sued or your son will be prosecuted.
