Dude (or Dudette),

That is way too fast! I could advise you better if I knew the municipal court in which you are appearing, however, get a lawyer! Right now you are looking at 3 points with a fine, court costs and maybe even reckless operation (6 points plus a nice fine and maybe even some jail time).

If these points take you to 12 you get your license suspended and then you will need $435 to reinstate the license at the BMV. Oh, and if your auto insurance company finds out about this, your rates will skyrocket.

A lawyer who works in that particular court MAY be able to cross-examine the calibration of the radar, the methods in which it was used or at least negotiate with the prosecutor to plead to a lower speed.

At that speed I sincerely doubt if YOU can say anything that will soften this problem. Get a lawyer. You are risking too much without one.
