Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
accident liability
I was test driving a motor scooter and i damaged it by hitting a parked car on private property. My insurance will not cover the damages. The owner of the vehicle says I owe 1400 dollars in damage, however I dont think he has insurance on his property, am I liable for the damages.

If you were negligent, then you're probably liable. Have you read your insurance policy closely to make sure there was no coverage?
